contracting venues for that special day. This included a photographer. We interviewed many
photographers before selecting “The One”.
In your search for the right photographer you may notice that hiring one is going to be VERY expensive.
My wife and I realized this, in our search for a wedding photographer. The truth is that price was a key
factor in the decision making process, as it is for thousand’s of soon to be Bride’s & Groom’s across

As for having options, we felt limited. Why?
While photographer's abilities and experience vary, the packages offered are generally very similar in
price.
Most wedding professional photographers will charge an average of $595.00 to almost $10,000.00 if
not more.
What you get with most photographer's: is a set agreed upon amount of proofs, length of coverage
time, and selecting the enlargements. This may even include the wedding album or it may be
offered at an additional cost depending on the package you have selected.
What you DON’T get with most photographers: is a fair and reasonable price. You also do not get
the rights to your own pictures. You want copies? Be prepared to BUY them, and sometimes at
outrageous prices.
